How long does it take before my miles/points are credited?

Usually the credited miles/points appear on your next statement. However, it can sometimes take longer. Please allow for your credits to show up on the following statement at the latest.


I need to make an expense claim through my Company for a car I booked with Avis. How can I get a detailed invoice for my expense claim form?

If a copy of the rental agreement is not sufficient for your expense claim form, you can request a detailed invoice from our customer service department. In order to treat your request properly, we need either the rental agreement number, the reservation number or time and place of the rental as well as the renter's name.


What is an Avis Company Travel Order (ACTO)?

An ACTO (Avis Company Travel Order) is a special voucher that is used by a Company when a member of staff rents an Avis car. On receipt of this voucher at the Avis desk, the company will directly be invoiced the total amount due.To obtain these vouchers, a company is required to set up a Corporate account with Avis.


Can I store a Frequent Traveller number on my company card?

Storing an individual Frequent Traveller number on a named company card is possible, because the usage is restricted to one employee. Transferable company cards, which may be used by different employees, cannot be used to store a Frequent Traveller number. It may still be possible to collect miles/points by presenting the FT programme card at the rental station.
