What is the difference between a fixed value and a full credit voucher?
Both types of car rental vouchers can be issued by travel agents. A fixed value voucher only covers the rental charges up to a specified sum (a credit card is still required to settle any additional costs). A full credit voucher covers the entire rental whatever the final total charges (business rentals, no credit card required at the rental station).
