Car rental branch information
It’s easy to find us when you arrive at the airport. Wherever you’re flying in from, you can be sure of a great welcome from our team.
The airport is situated northwest of Toulouse itself. If you are heading into the city centre, you’ll need the D901 and the journey will only take around 15 minutes.
The airport is also ideally placed for driving further afield. If you’re heading to the Pyrenees, you’ll need to head south on the A64. Narbonne and Perpignan can be reached via the A61 and driving times are 90 minutes and 2 hours respectively. Bordeaux, to the northwest, can be reached in just over 2 hours. Please note that many motorways in France are toll roads.
Services and optional extras
Avis Preferred: We value your custom and strive to provide the best service to keep you coming back for more. With the Preferred programme, new customers who rent a vehicle from us twice in the same year will receive a complimentary upgrade on their next car rental. That’s just for starters – please ask one of our team for full details of all the benefits and offers available.
Out-of-hours return: If you’re flying outside our office hours, you needn’t worry about how or when you’re going to return your vehicle. We want you to enjoy the most flexible service possible and that’s why you can return your car around the clock – you just need to park your car, drop off your keys and then concentrate on your onward journey.
Optional extras
Child seats: France is a favourite holiday destination for families and safety takes priority with children in the car. Under French law, children under the age of ten are required to travel in an approved child seat, which we can supply.
Satellite navigation: Part of the appeal of motoring in France is discovering its rural idylls. You’ll need our sat nav to find remote spots in the countryside.
Winter equipment: We can also supply ski racks and snow chains for those heading to snowy climes.
