Important information

When you arrive at Charing Cross Station Avis would ask you to transfer to our location at Elizabeth House, 33-35 York Road near Waterloo Station by taxi or tube.

Your rental car will await you there and Avis will refund the cost of the transfer journey to you. Charing Cross and Waterloo are a short distance apart.

Please advise the Rental Sales Agent and present your receipt and they will arrange the refund for you.
