About the Avis blog
At Avis, We Try Harder to make your car rental experience with us a smooth and enjoyable one, which is why we launched the We Try Harder Blog.
Renting a car can be overwhelming. There are many things to think of; the most suitable vehicle size to rent, insurance options, what’s included in your quote… and the list goes on! We created this blog to put your mind at ease and answer any of those niggling questions you may have in advance of your rental.
We’d also like to hear your feedback so that we can continue to improve the products and services we offer you. Let us know your thoughts on Avis, on car rental or on the motoring world in general.
Take a look at the questions and comments posted by other customers and the responses from Avis people across the business – you’ll find lots helpful advice and hopefully reassurance that you’ll be looked after when renting with us.
And we take your feedback seriously! We recently expanded our Select Series range of vehicles to London City Airport, added 4×4 vehicles to our Fleet and made improvements to our booking engine thanks to your feedback.
Help us make further improvements and give us the chance to make your rental experience a pleasant one.
If you have a customer service query (complaints, damage, billing etc) we ask that you send us your reservation details so that we can investigate the matter. This will be removed from the actual blog post to protect confidentiality. We do also ask for your patience when it comes to customer service queries. We always follow up such queries with the UK customer service team but it takes time for them to investigate and get back to you.
