However on ringing to book cars we are told that your Gloucester office is closed temporarily and that you cannot therefore deliver cars to the airport. we now have to try to find an alternative car hire source or fly into somewhere else at considerable cost in lost airfares . I would have thought that as prefered members our profiles would have alerted you to the fact that we were regular users of Glos airport and that you would have forewarned us of this-poor show, back to Hertz I suppose!
