Add on to the above comments – I’ve tried again and I can book an A4 manual but all the others are showing sold out on the US site but most are available on the UK site for identical dates. No mention of the A4 on the UK site Select Series and I’m not sure the A4 is still part of the Series…

What would be the likely outcome if I went ahead booked the only available option the A4?

I’d appreciate some assistance in booking a Select Series vehicle from Manchester Airport using the Avis USA website. There are no Select Series options showing when I use US reservations but the UK site clearly shows a number of these vehicles available for my dates.

I’ve posted before when I’ve experienced this non-alignment problem with my Select Series bookings and the issue has been resolved so that Select Series options are available on the US site for me to book via my regular wizard link etc.

As a frequent Avis customer (for business/leisure in both the US and UK) I value the UK Select Series product. So I’d be grateful if someone could tell me how/give me the path to book a Manchester Select Series vehicle online using the US site.

We actually offer a variety of Megane Coupes. We have been infleeting the Meganes since December 2009, so the Dynamiques we took on before March 2010, do not include the Tom Tom as standard – Due to this we cannot guarentee what model will be available at what location.

first of all sorry for the late reply. I’ve passed your comment about the difficulties in booking online to our IT team and they are looking into it. If you could send us the details of the rental you were trying to book at comments@avis.co.uk I’ll get one of our reservation agents to contact you and assist you with the booking.

With regards to your complaint, the email address for our customer service team is customer.service@avis.co.uk . You can also log your complaints online at http://www.avis.co.uk/CustomerService, click on the Contact Avis tab and select the type of query. Normally for complaints you would select ” Post rental”. I can only apologies for the complaints that went unanswered. If you could let me know who you sent them to I will be happy to check them out for you.

Also I have been trying to unsuccessfully get an entry on a past bill clarified via several emails over the past 2 months and have not received a reply. Can you confirm the mail address for complaints and why I have had no response whatsoever from you??
