This model is clearly not equivalent to the other cars advertised in that group: Clio, Fiesta, 206. It's smaller and it's a 'fun' car. Neither of which are suitable for my particular purpose. Avis were unhelpful. No other cars in the group were available when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and Avis refused to upgrade me. I was left with a bright red car with 'go faster livery' access to which was difficult for my 3 elderly passengers. By all means have the Fiat 500 in the fleet - clearly it appeals to some people - but place it in a separate group from the Fiesta, Clio etc. I'm informed that next time I book a 'small' category car Avis can't guarantee I won't get a Fiat 500. (This despite the fact that there are 3 competing car hire desks at the airport I hire from and I'm a long term regular customer. Disappointing.)
