		<description>I thought renting a car for to help my daughter settle in at university at Exeter would be a great idea. And I chose Avis. I wish I hadn&#039;t. I was charged for 4 days when I only rented the car for 3 days. To add insult to this error, 2 months, 2 phonecalls, and 6 emails later, I am still waiting for Avis to acknowledge that they made a mistake and refund my money. I have serious doubts that I will ever see my money again. Next time, I will use a different company. (Contract Number )</description>
