		<description>Hi renal agreement no 897476230  I made a booking on Wednesday morning for a diesel golf to be collected in dover eastern docks branch on friday 27th april,I called in advance on the morning to that Avis office to confirm all was in order  ,and I was told that the vehicle which I had requested was not available ,despite being sent a confirmation order to the effect of my original booking,I have now a Ford Focus which is not on par with a VW Golf by any stretch of the imagination and for a mere £8 less.I have been a faithful customer to you for many years and have always found the staff at Dover to be nothing more than pleasant and helpful,they advised me that rarely do Golfs become available,so I am not blaming them but head office for advertising Golfs(the only car in that particular low emissions category) when it is not possible,and am enquiring as to why you bothered to send me a confirmation order when you knew this was not going to be possible? I have posted on here as I cannot find an email address for Avis thus far????many thanks in advance for your prompt reply.</description>
