I have personally tested the voucher code and can confirm it is active and provides the £25 discount on all reservations over the value of £100. So, as long as you visit the hotels.com via the links I've stated above and the hotel booking is over £100 the discount should work. Frustratingly, Hotels.Com doesnt recognise the discount code! This type of false marketing really annoys me to the extent I will go out of my way not to use Avis or Hotels.com in future.
