My name is Denise Tridgell, and I have worked for Avis for 22 years. I am currently working at Avis Heathrow, however most of my service has been based at Trident House in the Customer Service department. I am thoroughly enjoying working in a great team at LHR and broadening my Avis knowledge. My Customer Service skills have also come in handy. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a customer who returns to rent a car from you again because the rental experience they had was so easy and enjoyable!
I was talking to a customer yesterday about the first time I ever rented a car to him - 9yrs and 8 mths ago!!
This got me wondering why he has remained loyal to Avis for so many years - his reply was simple - ‘You take the time to converse with me and never look as if you are having a bad day’.
This comment was one of the best compliments I could have from a customer, as I always try to ensure that no matter what is going on ‘behind the scenes’ the customer gets my full attention and leaves the office feeling happy and valued!</description>
