I would sincerely appreciate your feedback on what you see the issues are with the  website and our business. I strongly believe that customer feedback is the best way to improve our business and service to all customers. I personally listen with open ears.

However, we don&#039;t encourage use of our blog as a complaints channel but a platform by which customers share experiences, tips for other travellers, ask questions and provide feedback.   Granted, these lines become blurred at times but  we urge customers to direct their complaints to Customer Service channels as they are best people to resolve complaints. From experience, it is a lot cheaper to rent one of our expensive car than to take a taxi to get around. It is often the case across Europe, and particularly in Amsterdam.
