This was sent to me to respond but things have been a bit manic (no excuse though!). OK so we reviewed and reduced the number of Select Series locations based the level of demand and our ability to fulfil the Select Series promise at each location. For this reason Select Series has been discontinued in Birmingham Airport. This decision is not indefinite (we will look to grow demand again at other locations when we are more happy with the process behind Select Series) but there are currently no plans to extend the product in other locations beyond the current ones London, Heathrow, Manchester and Edinburgh.
