Delivery and Collection is charged as follows:
0 - 10 miles - £10 + VAT
11 - 20 miles - £20 + VAT
21 miles plus - £1 + VAT per mile
Delivery and Collection will never be quoted at point of reservation and must be calculated using the above.
Please ensure to include the drivers contact number in the booking so the location can contact to arrange delivery. For rentals using Avis insurances the driver must be present to sign for the vehicle. If the driver is using their companies own insurance the delivery can be unattended.
Please advise your customers to check the condition of the car before driving and report any unmarked damage to the number on the paperwork provided.
