Please check you have opted-in to receive email communications from Avis. If you have opted-out, you will not receive your voucher. Secondly, please check your spam / junk folder.
If you still haven't received your voucher, please login to your online account (via the 'Sign in' link in the top right hand corner of this page) and send a request via the 'Contact Us' section.
