Avis celebrates 10 year Flybe partnership

New '10 things you’ll love about us' campaign to celebrate relationship

Leading car rental company Avis and Europe’s largest regional airline Flybe, today celebrate a decade of working together in close partnership, delivering value-added benefits and award winning customer service to millions of passengers each year. To mark this longstanding and exclusive relationship Avis and Flybe are launching their "10 things you’ll love about us" campaign.

Over the past 10 years the partnership has seen both brands commit to a common set of business objectives including; service, environmental sensitivity, exclusivity, innovation, comfort, range, destinations, rewards and simplicity. Together these goals have been met via a number of implemented programmes and services made available to customers, from Avis’s Select Series offering to their innovative 3 minute promise - providing customers a swift and easy travel experience. In addition to this the partnership has also been successful in meeting a series of environmental goals with both companies boasting one of the most environmentally efficient fleets within their industries.

It is as a result of this successful partnership that both brands have achieved industry recognition over the last year with Flybe scooping Best UK Domestic Airline Award at the 2012 Northern Ireland Travel and Tourism Awards and Avis being awarded #1 Car Rental Company as scored by the USA 2012 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index.
