Can I pick up a rental car from the airport after hours?
Many of our airport locations offer 24/7 pick up services so you can collect your car whenever suits you.
We also have a digital check-in service which allows you to complete you rental agreement before you arrive to collect your hire vehicle.
If you’re dropping your car off and it’s outside of office hours, many of our locations feature a secure drop box to return your keys in.
What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We understand your flight may get delayed, so we’re on hand to be as flexible as we can. If your car has already been allocated by the rental desk, it will be held for 2 hours after the start time.
If your flight is cancelled and you no longer require your car rental, you can amend or cancel your existing booking via your account.
