There are two Avis rental stations at Gatwick Airport.
The North terminal is now located in the “Avenue” inside the North Terminal Building, on the first floor. Avis opening hours in the North Terminal are 6:30am to 10pm
Arrivals customers can follow the signage to the lifts adjacent the International Arrivals’ area and proceed to Level 1 "the Avenue", where the Avis car rental desk is now located. Cars will have to be returned to Car Park 6, in the North Terminal.
When returning the car, customers will have to access through the car park entry plaza and pick up a ticket, then follow signs to car park 6 level 2.
Here they will be asked to re-insert the ticket into the car rental barrier machine. Customers will then be able to park in one of the Avis bays. If no Rapid Return staff members are available in the car park during opening hours, customers are kindly asked to take the keys back into the terminal and returned to the Avis desk.
Outside of Opening hours keys may be drop at the Avis drop box located in Car Park 6 on level 2.
The South Terminal Avis location is open for pick up and drop off between 6am and 12am. If you provide Avis with your flight number at the time of booking, we can identify your arrival terminal and inform you of any additional plans you will need to make.

Children travelling in your party who are under the age of 12 or shorter than 135cm (4ft 5ins) in height are now required by UK law to use a car seat. Information about the Congestion Charge
