Account deletion

Your profile data will be deleted from our online database, but your personal data and information related to your vehicle rentals will be retained elsewhere by Avis Budget Group, in accordance with our group policies.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we process your personal data, your rights to view, and personal data we hold.

Please refer to your membership Terms and Conditions in order to terminate your Avis Preferred membership.

• This will not affect your existing bookings.
• You will not be able to view your booking history through your online account. However you will still be able to view, amend and cancel individual reservations.
• Your Avis Preferred membership status will not be affected, unless terminated in accordance with the membership terms and conditions.
• Your email newsletter preferences will not be changed.
