Check you qualify
To make a claim, your booking must be made directly with Avis, on an Avis European website.
You will need a screenshot of the alternative website showing the cheaper rental.
The alternative rental must be :

Claimed within 24 hours of your Avis booking using the form on this page

For the same vehicle/vehicle class

For the same pick-up date and duration

For the same pick-up location (within Europe)

For a rental less than 28 days' duration

For the same coverage/inclusions/optional extras

Available to the general public (not closed groups/member organisations/other discounted arrangements)
If all criteria are met, you can submit a claim. We’ll review it and confirm whether you’re eligible for a refund.
