Pilanesberg National Park
Pilanesberg National Park is a two-hour drive up the R556 from Sandton and home to the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards and rhinos. In total, there are 7,000 animals in the park, offering visitors an unforgettable wildlife experience. The diverse landscapes – from flat grasslands to verdant mountains – provide a fantastic backdrop for a safari through the park. Sun City Resort is nearby, where tourists can relax and unwind by huge swimming pools.
